KACHUMBARI: Uko itegurwa n’akamaro kayo

Kachumbari benshi twita Gacumbari, ni ikiribwa gifite inkomoko mu baturanyi bacu bo muri Kenya. Ni ikiribwa kidatekwa ariko kikaba ikiribwa gifitiye akamaro kanini umubiri wacu nk’uko muri iyi nkuru tugiye kubivugaho.

Turakubwira ibiyigize, akamaro kayo ndetse n’uko itegurwa, n’abashobora kutemererwa kuyirya.

 

  1. Kachumbari igizwe n’iki?

 

Kachumbari ni ikiribwa kigizwe n’inyanya, ibitunguru, urusenda rwa pilipili, poivron n’umunyu. Ushaka wanakamuriramo umutobe w’indimu, ukanashyiramo utuvuta twa elayo ariko byo si ihame dore ko kuri bamwe iyo bashyizemo indimu bitabaryohera.

 

  1. Ifitiye akahe kamaro umubiri

 

Akamaro kayo ka mbere gaturuka kuri poivron n’urusenda. Bikungahaye kuri vitamini C ikaba izwiho kongerera ingufu ubudahangarwa no gufasha umubiri kwinjiza ubutare buhagije, buvuye mu byo wariye.

Igitunguru kibonekamo ibinyabutabire binyuranye, aho habonekamo chrome, iyi rero ikaba izwiho kugira akamaro mu kuringaniza isukari yo mu maraso

Ibindi binyabutabire binyuranye bibonekamo bifatanya na vitamini C mu kurwanya indwara zo mu buhumekero zimwe na zimwe nk’ibicurane, inkorora, kugabanya ubukana bwa asima na sinusite, n’izindi zifata mu buhumekero

Inyanya zo umwihariko wazo urarenze. Zifite imimaro myinshi irenga icumi dore ko zikungahaye kuri vitamini A, B6, C, K, B9 na B1. Zibonekamo kandi potasiyumu, manganese, magnesium, phosphore n’umuringa. Zinabonekamo amazi. Inyanya ni ingenzi ku bagabo kuko zibarinda indwara ya porositate, ndetse ni nziza ku bihaha n’amaso kuko zirimo ibisukura.

Kachumbali muri rusange ikaba

 

  • Itera akanyabugabo mu gutera akabariro
  • Irwanya umunaniro mu mubiri
  • Ifasha mu kongerera ingufu ubudahangarwa
  • Ni ingenzi mu guhangana n’indwara zo mu buhumekero
  • Ni nziza mu gutera amaraso kugenda neza, no gusukura imiyoboro y’amaraso
  • Ni nziza ku bashaka guhangana n’isindwe (hangover) kuko iyikiza vuba
  1. Itegurwa ite

Kuyitegura byoroshye cyane. Banza usukure ibyo uri bukoreshe kuko bidatekwa. Unasukure icyo ubiteguriramo. Ubundi ukataguremo uduce duto duto, uvange, unyanyagizeho akunyu, ubundi urye. Ushobora kuyirya yonyine, kuyirisha inyama zokeje (burusheti) kuyirisha ifiriti, n’ibindi wakumva biri bujyane.

 

  1. Ni ba nde batayemerewe?

Abafite ikibazo cy’umuvuduko w’amaraso uri hasi cyane cyangwa se hejuru cyane, abagore bonsa abana bakiri bato, abagore batwite cyane cyane inda ikiri ntoya (ariko bakuyemo urusenda bayikoresha, nkeya) cyangwa se abandi bafite uburwayi butabemerera kurya ibintu bibisi.
