Akamaro ka vitamini E ku ruhu

Vitamini E ni vitamini yivanga mu binure/amavuta (liposoluble). Ni vitamini dusanga mumafunguro anyuranye nka avoka, amavuta y’igihwagari, poivron, utubuto muri rusange nk’ubunyobwa, sesame, chia, almond, n’ahandi.

Ifitiye umubiri akamaro kanyuranye, ariko muri ako kamaro kayo hano tugiye kuvuga gusa ku
kamaro kayo ku ruhu.
