Ibimeme: Ikibitera, uko wabirinda n’uko wabivura

Ibimeme (pied d’athlete/athlete’s foot) ni indwara iterwa na mikorobi zo mu bwoko bw’imiyege (champignons/fungi).

Mikorobi itera ibimeme ikunda kuba ahantu hahora ubukonje nko muri douche, mu biziba n’ibyondo, mu bimoteri (poubelle), n’ahandi hatagera izuba rihagije.

Iyi mikorobi ifata hagati y’amano uretseko ishobora no kuzamuka igafata ahandi ku kirenge, no mu kiganza.

  • Fata vinaigre uvangemo amazi ku gipimo cya 1/4. Ni ukuvuga ngo igipimo kimwe cya vinaigre kuri 4 by’amazi. Niba ufashe agakombe ka vinaigre ugafunguze 4 tw’amazi. Ukandagiremo mu gihe cy’iminota 10. Ubikore 2 ku munsi.
