Radis: Ibyiza n’akamaro kayo ku buzima

Ni uruboga, ikirungo ariko ahari kidakoreshwa na benshi dore ko radis bamwe banavuga ko itaryoha. Ishobora gukoreshwa mbisi kuri salade nk’uko wanayirunga mu biryo bitetse.

Yera mu butaka nka beterave, kandi nka karoti, na yo iboneka mu mabara anyuranye aho benshi bayimenyereye itukura gusa ishobora no kuba mauve, umukara, umuhondo, umweru.

  1. Kurinda insoro zitukura

 

Gukoresha radis bituma insoro zitukura zitangirika. Ibi bikagirira akamaro amaraso mu mitemberere yayo kandi bituma umwuka wa oxygen ugera neza aho ukenewe kuko insoro zitukura ni zo ziwukwirakwiza.
