Icyinzari: Ibyiza byacyo ku buzima bwacu

1. Kubyimbura

3. Kurinda kanseri

4. Gufasha abarwaye diyabete

Gukoresha icyinzari kandi bikaba bizwiho gufasha abafite diyabete mu kuringaniza isukari yo mu maraso no kubafasha mu ikorwa rya insulin. Gusa ntabwo gisimbura indi miti waba ukoresha ahubwo kugikoresha bituma umubiri ukomeza guhangana na diyabete.

5. Kurwanya no kurinda indwara yo kwibagirwa

Icyinzari gituma igipimo cya BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) kizamuka. Iyi ni poorteyine iba mu bwonko no mu musokoro ishinzwe gutuma uturandaryi n’imyakura bikomeza gukora neza, ibi bigatuma ubwonko bwibuka bukomeza gukora neza

8. Kurinda amaso
