Ibipimo ugomba kwitaho iyo bihindutse mu mubiri wawe

Akenshi kwa muganga mbere yo kugira ibindi bizami bagufata iyo ugiye kwivuza, hari ibipimo by’ibanze babanza kugufata nubwo hari igihe batabifata byose.
Ibyo ni ibipimo nawe bimwe muri byo ushobora kwipimira iwawe mu rugo, kandi igipimo ubonye gishobora kukwereka uko ubuzima bwawe buhagaze uwo mwanya.

1. Uko umutima utera


Hano hapimwa inshuro umutima utera ku munota. Ibipimo by’uko umutima utera biratandukana bitewe n’imyaka ufite. Gusa hari igipimo ntarengwa gito n’ikinini kuri buri kigero ku buryo iyo icyo gipimo cyahindutse hari ikiba cyahindutse mu mubiri.

2. Guhumeka

3. Umuvuduko w’amaraso 


Uyu muvuduko utandukanye no gutera k’umutima. Gutera k’umutima bipimwa ku munota ariko umuvuduko wo upimwa muri milimetero za merikire (mmHg). Ibi ni ibipimo bibiri binyuranye birimo uko umutima usunika amaraso, nuko wongera ukisuganya mbere yo gusunika ayandi. 4. Ubushyuhe

Iyo tuvuga ubushyuhe si kwa kundi wumva muri wowe ushyushye cyangwa ukonje ahubwo ni ibipimo byerekanwa n’icyuma cyabugenewe cyitwa Thermomètre.
