Akamaro kanyuranye ka za vitamini

Iyi vitamin kandi yitwa Niacin ni vitamin irwanya umunaniro, irinda kugugara nyuma yo kurya, irinda ibibazo binyuranye by’uruhu, irwanya umutwe w’uruhande rumwe, ibibazo by’umutima, umuvuduko ukabije w’amaraso, impiswi, irinda igipimo cya cholesterol kiri hejuru kandi irinda kurwara diyabete.

5. VITAMINI B5
