Umwihariko w’inyama y’ubwonko ku mwana

Ubusanzwe inyama buriya twazishyira mu bice bibiri by’ingenzi. Hari inyama dukunze kwita inyama zitukura, izi zikaba ari inyama ziba ari imihore, zifashe ku magufa.
Hari n’izindi nyama rero zikunze kwitwa izo mu nda, gusa siko zose ziba mu nda ahubwo ni uko ntaho zihurira n amagufa.
Muri zo harimo amara (zingalo cyangwa ubutumbu), impyiko, umwijima, urwagashya, igifu, ubwonko n’izindi.

Izi tuvuze rero nyuma zifite umwihariko w’uko zifite intungamubiri hafi ya zose umubiri wacu ukenera kurenza izitukura.

Bivuze ko kugaburira umwana inyama y’ubwonko ntaho bitaniye nuko wamuha impyiko cyangwa umwijima.

Izi nyama tuzisangamo imyunyungugu nka fosifore, ubutare, umuringa,
Magnésium na Iode. Dusangamo kandi vitamini zo mu bwoko bwa B zinyuranye Harimo B1, B2, B6, B9 na B12. Habonekamo kandi vitamini A, E na K ubusanzwe zimenyerewe mu bimera.
Tunasangamo vitamini C . Burya se wari uzi ko inyama y’umwijima igira vitamin C kurenza karoti!
