Byinshi wamenya kuri cholesterol

Cholesterol igizwe n’ibinure, ndetse ikaba ari ikinyabutabire cy’ingenzi mu bigize uturemangingo-fatizo tw’umubiri, by’umwihariko ituma ishusho yatwo idahinduka kandi tugahorana amatembabuzi. Ikorwa n’uturemangingo tw’inyamabere zose (aha niho umuntu abarizwa).

  • LDL cg se lipoproteins zifite ireme bwite rito (Low Density Lipoproteins) nizo zitwa cholesterol mbi. Iyo urugero rwazo mu mubiri rugiye hejuru, bishobora gutuma cholesterol nyinshi yigira mu mijyana (udutsi dutwara amaraso kuva mu mutima tuyerekeza ahandi hose mu mubiri).
  • HDL cg se lipoproteins zifite ireme bwite riri hejuru (High Density Lipoproteins) zitwa cholesterol nziza. Impamvu nuko zifasha mu kuvana cholesterol mu bice bitandukanye by’umubiri ziyijyana mu mwijima, aho ukora akazi ko kuzisohora mu mubiri.

 

Cholesterol nyinshi mu maraso ishobora gutera ibihe bibazo?
